) could not agree more with him. Big job boards can provide you with quantity but they seriously fall short on the quality front. One big reason is that most of the good candidates already have jobs and they rarely visit job sites. As a result many job ads do not get the right kind of exposure.
Getting a job advertisement in front of right candidates is a challenge and this is what we are trying to achieve.
